EXPERIENCE

Bob Feinberg's expertise in real estate brokerage ranges from consulting and negotiation to site acquisition and asset management. He is tenacious in attracting quality developers and effecting extraordinary results. His success is legendary: Since 1997, Bob's sales and lease transactions have exceeded $270 million.

Bob has brought several corporations into the Albuquerque market, including Home Depot, Lowe's Home Improvement Centers, and Staples. Representing but a fraction of his national and corporate clients are McDonald's, the U.S. Postal Service, Coca Cola, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Albertson's, AT&T, Avis, Chevron USA, Chrysler, Wendy's, Office Depot, Phillips 66 Petroleum, Subway, Texaco, University of New Mexico, Walgreen's and Wal-Mart. From the ground up, he brokered Towne Park and Sycamore Plaza, two large retail centers.

Bob is involved in some of the largest land and retail transactions taking place in Albuquerque today. To each, he applies his initiative, savvy, persistence and a remarkable command of local demographics. Bob is not only a leader but a performer, with a record unsurpassed in this industry.
